We offer our clients a unique planning, quoting, and payment option for their projects, called ‘The Capital Builders Build Assured Programme’.
Clients who choose Build Assured will be presented with a fully-planned project estimate (similar to a fixed price quote), that dramatically speeds up the entire tendering process and provides a fully transparent cost breakdown.
The project estimate maps out in detail the costs of materials, including all the sub-trades, and labour, giving you the confidence ofan accurate total cost estimate of the project right from the outset. This final figure will show a potential total variation of plus or minus around 5%.
Build Assured clients are likely to save money because you only pay the cost for the work that’s actually completed, avoiding the built-in contingency that a fixed-price quote includes.
